No. We sold that division back in 2008. Now we focus on our core divisions Grand Format Printing, Promotional Products, and POP Printing.
+ Where are your offices located?
Our one and only location is in Bartlett, Tennessee – a suburb of Memphis.
+ How many people work for LSI Graphics?
Although it changes from time to time LSI generally employees between 55 and 65 individuals.
A grand format print shop can handle the largest printing concepts the industry is currently capable of producing. In addition to standard wide-format printing projects, grand format print shops can produce banners, decals, etc., that cover entire buildings, RVs, buses, trailers, billboards, and floors. LSI Graphics has invested in the BEST equipment possible so your grand format projects are produced and installed perfectly each and every time.

+ What are your fees/rates for proofing, installation, and production of signs?
- Our hourly rate for design and installation labor is $85/hour. The design fee is waived if LSI Graphics is awarded the job.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
- If paying with a credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be added.
- Municipal Sign Permits - TBD.
- Site surveys are $350-$500 depending on the project's scope and location. This fee is waived if LSI Graphics is awarded the job.
- Exterior signage site surveys are $500/project.
- Our hourly rate for installation labor on exterior signage is $225/hour (two guys and one truck). There is an additional travel fee of $0.50/mile for trips more than 30 miles from LSI Graphics.
- File storage is FREE unless you do not use us as your production company — then we will charge $125 to send the requested art to you.
- Signage consultation is FREE.
- Scissor lift: Delivery fee $178, Pick up fee: $178, Daily Rental $220/day, Weekly rental $950 for five days ($190 per day).
- Bucket truck rental is $200/hour.
- Crane truck rental is $250/hour.
+ Can you rush projects?
Yes, we can, but any projects that require us to produce and/or install sooner than our standard lead times listed below are subject to a 25% markup which will be added to your job total.
+ Do you have standard production turnaround times?
Yes. Our estimated turnaround times are as follows:
- 5-7 business days from design approval: Banners, board prints, decals, RTA vinyl, door logos, and project signs
- 10-15 business days from design approval: Vehicle graphics, billboards, reception logos & letters (routable), exterior signage (routable), interior murals
- 30-40 business days from design approval: Exterior Mmonument (water or laser jet cut), digital signage, ADA packages, reception signs (water or laser jet cut), branding package, painted signs.
- Permit Approval: 2-4 weeks (depending on location)
- Production: 4 weeks
- Install: 2 weeks
+ Do you warranty your vehicle wraps?
Yes! We will remove and replace printed vinyl graphics if they have defects in material or workmanship within two years of installation. Our pigmented vinyl is warrantied for three years.
